Context
Naturgy Peru, a subsidiary of the international group Naturgy (formerly Gas Natural Fenosa), is a leading company in the distribution of natural gas in the southwest of the country (Arequipa, Moquegua, Tacna, and Ilo), serving more than 11,000 residential and industrial clients thanks to a modern distribution network with six regasification plants and nearly 400km of underground networks. It has driven an ambitious digital transformation, implementing solutions from Salesforce, AWS, SAP, and artificial intelligence to improve customer service, operational efficiency, and data security. However, these advancements bring significant challenges: integrating multiple technologies, guaranteeing cybersecurity, managing large volumes of data, and facing a complex regulatory environment to make the mass expansion of gas viable.
Challenge
They were looking for a commercial system that would allow them to manage processes and customers. They decided to implement Open Smartflex because of its partnership model, which also allows for customizations and incident handling. They needed a company to customize the system and function as a help desk.
Solution
We advised on technical services and acted as an Open Smartflex support center. We also worked on customizing the Open Smartflex system.
